I had a good recommendation for Carlos Machado coming from a trusted friend, who had used Carlos’ services. Moreover, I increasingly felt a sense of trust from my initial conversations with Carlos. Carlos exceeded my expectations. He engaged me initially to contact prospective banks in the local area for the 2nd loan, but none of the banks could guarantee a concurrent close with the first loan. After refinancing 1-2 years ago, I called Carlos to see if it made sense to refinance again, or to change to a 15yr loan.
